1\2 cup dry quinoa
1\2 cup raw pecans
1\2 cup leafy greens
Goat cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing: mix mustard, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey
Add all dry ingredients and top it all with the dressing
